--24 hour bus service between downtown San Francisco and Treasure Island on SF Muni bus route #108 (detailed map). The bus runs about every 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco - including the San Francisco Transbay Terminal - a transportation hub located at 1st Street and Mission Street. Cost: $1.50, including free transfers for up to 2 hours.
--Muni (San Francisco Municipal Railway - light rail and busses). Connect to the Transbay Terminal from anywhere in the city using a variety of bus and light rail options from 6am to midnight, including some 24-hour routes. Cost: $1.50, including free transfers for up to 2 hours.
